By accessing the BITS Career website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before enrolling.
1. Admission & Registration
- 1.1 Admission to the course is for individuals aged 18+. Students under 18 must provide written consent from a parent/guardian.
- 1.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate. Admission may be cancelled without refund if false information is found.
- 1.3 Seat confirmation is subject to payment of registration fee/advance payment.
2. Fees & Payment
- 2.1 The course fee mentioned on the website or by an authorized counselor will be considered final.
- 2.2 Fees can be paid in full or through EMI. Class/portal access may be suspended if EMI is missed.
- 2.3 All fees are inclusive of GST. Payments are accepted via Online / UPI / Bank Transfer only.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 3.1 Demo class is 100% free. Do not enroll if you are not satisfied after the demo.
- 3.2 100% refund is available within 7 days of fee payment, provided no class has been attended.
- 3.3 No refund after classes begin. In case of medical/urgent situations, a credit note will be issued for the next batch.
- 3.4 If BITS cancels a batch/course, 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Classes, Attendance & Recording
- 4.1 Classes will be conducted live online. Recordings will be provided for learning support.
- 4.2 Downloading, sharing, or copying recordings is strictly prohibited. Violation will lead to legal action.
- 4.3 Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory. Certificate may be withheld if attendance is below 75%.
- 4.4 Class timings will be decided by BITS. Timings may be changed in case of emergencies.
5. Certificate
- 5.1 BITS Government Recognized Certificate will be issued only after course completion + assignments + final project submission.
- 5.2 Attendance alone does not qualify for a certificate. Project completion is mandatory.
- 5.3 Fee for duplicate certificate: ₹500.
6. Placement / Job Assistance
- 6.1 BITS does not guarantee 100% job placement. We provide interview support: Resume building, LinkedIn optimization, Mock Interviews, and company referrals.
- 6.2 Job/internship depends on student's skill, interview performance, and market conditions.
- 6.3 BITS is not responsible for any fake job offers or scams by third parties.
7. Student Conduct
- 7.1 Use of abusive language, disrespecting mentors/students, or spamming will not be tolerated.
- 7.2 Piracy/sharing of course material, videos, PDFs will result in immediate access block + legal action.
- 7.3 Recording classes without permission is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
- 8.1 All content, logos, videos, and study material of BITS are copyrighted and owned by BITS Career.
- 8.2 Students can use material only for personal learning. Commercial use or resale is prohibited.
9. Disclaimer
- 9.1 BITS provides "Skill Training." Software/tool licenses must be purchased by the student unless included in course fees.
- 9.2 BITS is not responsible for technical issues such as internet problems, power cuts, or laptop issues.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
- 10.1 All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
- 10.2 BITS reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The latest version on the website will be applicable.
- 10.3 By enrolling and making payment, you agree to all these terms.
- 10.4 BITS is not liable for any website downtime or technical issues.
- 10.5 If an online class cannot be conducted due to technical reasons, BITS is not liable. The class will be rescheduled.
